I was nominated by Karen from Lucky Me. I "met" Karen on Stlwed.com long, long ago and found her blog through many other past brides blogs. She is so cute and I'm so jealous of her 101 in 1001. I wish I had the energy to start up on that one. Anyway, the rules are to right 6 things you are thankful for and nominate 6 other blogs. Here we go...
1. My husband, Tommy. He is always supportive of me and my crazy dreams and always helps me push for those dreams. He is hilarious, goofy and I'm pretty sure he doesn't read my blog. Love you T-bone!
2. My family. I have an amazing family and I am so fortunate to get along so well with everyone and have such a great time when we're together. My parents are amazing and their support is endless. My sister and brothers are amazing and I'm so lucky to have them. My nephews make my world shine a little bit brighter everday. Every time Keller says "Hey Auntie Momo" my heart grows bigger (just like the Grinch). I can't say enough great things about how awesome it is to hang out with my family. Also, my in-laws are great. For six years they've taken me in as their daugter, granddaughter, and niece. I have and always will feel completely welcome and at home around them.
3. My friends. I have the cream of the crop when it comes to friends. I really enjoy being around these people and I get endless amounts of support from them. I can count on them for anything and for that I'm truly blessed.
4. I have to be honest (like Karen did) and say material things. We are so lucky to have a beautiful house, great cars and can afford to spoil ourselves until we have children to spoil.
5. Good health. Tom and I are lucky to have healthy friends and family.
6. Happiness. I am so fortunate to be truly happy in my life. The above are the main factors to my happiness. There's not much more I need!
My Six Nominations
1. Nicole at Sunshine & Blue Skies. Nicole was a member of a wedding forum with me during the planning of our April weddings. She is uber adorable and I love reading about her great food and drink recipes.
2. Andrea at In Her Shoes. She loves to shop, photography, and she's a republican. We have a lot in common. She is a great writer and I enjoy reading her blog.
3. A $10,000 Wedding. This bride to be is planning her wedding for $10k and posts about great finds and how she is planning to spend her wedding money. It's a really cool blog and I really enjoy reading it.
4. Mrs. Preppy Wedding at The Preppy Baby. I love her wedding blog and now I have another great obsession since she is now pregnant...thanks for giving me more to read Mrs. Preppy Mommy! I can't wait to see all the posh baby gear she is going to post about.
5. Katie at The Life of Juan & Katie. Katie is half way through her pregnancy and always gives great belly pictures. Baby's room is adorable and I love reading her posts. She's already inlove with her little boy and I love reading about it.
6. I cannot find another blog I read that hasn't already been nominated. So instead I challenge someone reading my blog that doesn't have one of their own to create one! Create a Blog!!
